New Music: Eminem – ‘Shady XV’ / ‘Lose Yourself’ (Original Demo)

Eminem – ‘Shady XV’ / ‘Lose Yourself’

With the Shady Records 15th anniversary compilation album ‘Shady XV’ set to release next week, we present two new Eminem tracks today for your listening pleasure. The first is the album's title track (also the intro) and the second the original version of Eminem's classic 'Lose Yourself' single.

Eminem had actually no knowledge the original demo version of 'Lose Yourself' existed until he got a call from his manager Paul Rosenberg. In a recent clip, Marshall says "There was another version of that song. That I don't even remember recording. I don't remember where I was at when I recorded it. I don't remember any of the first verse, I don't remember. He called me one day and told me, I was like what?"

‘Shady XV’ can be found on store shelves starting November 24th. The album will come in two disks; with the first disk compiled of twelve new records and the second a greatest hits collection. Along with Eminem, the project features appearances from Yelawolf, Slaughterhouse, 50 Cent, D12, Skylar Grey, Obie Trice, and more.

Pre-order 'Shady XV' on iTunes and stream the two new records below.
