New Music: Ellie Goulding - "Don't Panic" [Full Audio / Review]

Ellie Goulding gave Graham Norton permission to world premiere on his morning BBC Radio 2 show a new song of hers titled “Don’t Panic”, today, October 31st. This pop song, produced by Greg Kurstin, will appear on Ellie’s forthcoming third studio album “Delirium”, which arrives in stores next Friday, November 6th.

Our lives are playing out like the movies / Doesn't mean it's falling apart / Don't panic”, sings Ellie in the chorus of her new buzz single. “Don’t Panic” is about the preoccupation about a new relationship going a little bit too fast and it being too perfect to be true.

The song’s pretty, you’ll definitely like it on the first listen, but unfortunately, and this is rare with Greg Kirstin-Produced songs, “Don’t Panic” is giving me strong ‘TOO GENERIC’ vibes. “Something In The Way You Move” was cool, but these other songs are making me start to believe dear Ellie may be selling out a bit too shamelessly in “Delirium".

Hit or Miss?
