New Music: Demi Lovato - 'Besame Mucho'

demi lovato brazil tour

Demi Lovato recorded a second song in Spanish for her third album 'Unbroken' (2011). The first one was 'Rascacielos' (the Spanish version of 'Skyscraper') which was released on the international edition of 'Unbroken' for Spanish-speaking territories. The second, though, entitled 'Besame Mucho' remained unreleased and we cannot understand why!

'Besame Mucho' (wrongly-spelled on its registered page on BMI.com) is co-written by Demi, Dapo Torimiro and Priscilla Hamilton. The sensual Spanglish ballad was recorded during the studio sessions for the album 'Unbroken' but for a stupid reason Demi's label thought 'Besame Mucho' did not fit the album's sound and agreed to send it to 'the vault'.

They pretty much ruined Demi's chance to have her own 'Infatuation' or a smash hit a la Rihanna's 'Te Amo' (Top 10 in seven countries!).

Fortunately for us, three years after its recording, 'Besame Mucho' has leaked online in full. The ballad lasts exactly four minutes, and it sees Demi sultrily singing about a passionate Colombian boy she met while in South America. Wow! Love this too much!!
