New Music: Anastacia - "Dark White Girl"
This woman is on fire! After releasing her best single since 2004's "Left Outside Alone" with "Stupid Little Things", a new Anastacia song surfaces today entitled "Dark White Girl". Now before you all get offended or confused by the title, it should be noted the song title makes reference to the lyrics which talk about Anastacia fighting her own demons. We all have demons and a dark side (like Kelly Clarkson very well said a couple years ago). So the song is about that. Take a listen below!
Where does "Dark White Girl" come from? It's track No. 8 from Anastacia's forthcoming sixth studio album "Resurrection" - due in stores May 5th - but it surfaced today (March 23rd) because today the "Stupid Little Things - EP" was released on Spotify in selected regions - featuring the original song, the radio edit, the instrumental and "DWG".
Not 'single' worthy, but the lyrics, and especially Anastacia's VOCALS, are amazing.
