Natasha Bedingfield Debuts New Single "Love Song to the Earth" [U.N Climate Summit Anthem]

Natasha Bedingfield Climate Summit song

Natasha Bedingfield is back! The British singer performed a brand new single titled “Love Song to the Earth" at the United Nations 2014 Equator Prize Gala last night (Sept. 22) in New York City. Well, technically this new song isn’t part of Natasha's upcoming studio album (her first since 2010's "Strip Me") but a special anthem she and Toby Gad co-wrote for the United Nations Climate Summit 2014, but anyway it’s new Natasha Bedingfield music and solid proof that she's back in the studio. Rumour has it her fourth studio album will be out before the summer of 2015, and that yes, the talented Toby Gab will be contributing heavily in the project.

Love Song to the Earth" is such a pretty pop mid-tempo with a real message behind. "You're no ordinary world / A diamond in the universe / Heaven's poetry to us”, sings Natasha in the chorus of the Earth anthem. This is perfect song for the U.N Climate Summit 2014 to ask leaders to please reach agreements to save our planet, or as Natasha says "keep it safe". In last night's performance (watch below), Natasha displayed beautiful and soaring vocals as Toby Gad played the piano.

iTunes release date not confirmed yet.
