That was a little bizarre, Bastille, but your new song is still so good!

The English indie-rock band premiered this Wednesday morning (June 22) the official music video for their new single “Good Grief”, which will appear on their forthcoming second studio album “Wild World” - coming in stores later this year via EMI Virgin and Capitol Records. It was only last week when Bastille released “Good Grief” online, so YEY! at us not having had to wait too long to check out the music video.

The music video for Bastille’s catchy and soulful indie-rock song sees a lot of different bizarre things happen. Band frontman Dan’s chopped-off head lying on the floor and singing along toGood Grief”, an overexcited contestant having a winning streak on a televised contest show, a bank robbery, a naked girl lying on bed, a man saving the naked girl from a fire at her house or a man wearing a teddy bear costume running in the wild.

Like, what the hell? Dan has to help me out here. I need a correlation between these bizarre things and the concept behind “Good Grief”. Because I don’t find any.

Anyhow, as bizarre as the music video may be, some of the visuals were definitely visually-attracting. Still… what the hell? lol.

What do you think of the video?
