MØ Makes Us Forget SNL Fiasco With Brilliant New Song "New Year's Eve" (Stream)
Danish singer-songwriter MØ has had a rough end of the year (she's kept a low profile ever since messing it up on Iggy Azalea's "Beg for It" SNL performance in the Fall), but it seems the talented 26-year-old has regained her strength and confidence and doesn’t want to end 2014 on a sad note, and what better thing to brighten things up than releasing brand new music! This one is titled "New Year's Eve", and you're going to love it. It wasn’t technically released on New Year’s Eve but a day BEFORE (today: Dec. 30th) but don’t mind this time-of-release error, just enjoy the track.

Not only has MØ premiered the audio of "New Year's Eve", she’s also released through YouTube a nice little collage music video done by her Danish friend Anne Sofie Skaaring. It’s basically footage from random iconic movies (from Disney to old classics), and scenes of MØ alone at a white room singing the song with her headphones on, but it's nevertheless a really cool little music video because, aside the exquisite taste of movie picks, it all gives New Year's Eve vibes. Also, the song is incredible (of course!). So mellow and nice! Great writing and vocal execution from MØ.
Love the fact she's wrapping 2014 up with a sensational track like "New Year's Eve" and slamming those who doubted of her talent after the SNL fiasco in the process.
