MØ Debuts New Song “Goodbye” at Glastonbury 2016: Watch (She Back To Indie!)
MØ’s second studio album is almost ready to be released it seems.
The Danish singer was a performer at Glastonbury Festival 2016 over the weekend in the UK and during her set she sang a brand new song called “Goodbye” - which undoubtedly will appear on MØ’s much-anticipated follow-up to her 2014 debut album “Mythologies to Follow” - scheduled to be out later this year via RCA.
And what a surprise “Goodbye” was. It is not “Lean On”, “Kamikaze” or “Final Song”, but kind of a return to MØ’s indie-heavy roots!
“Goodbye my lover, my everything / Dance with me one last time”, sings MØ in the chorus of her new song over a soothing indie-electronic production.
“Goodbye” is a bit of a gloomy track where our favorite Danish export from the latest years sings about having to say farewell to a love that was good to her but who can’t be by her side any longer.
So sad, but so good! I just love for this girl's slow jams!
