Madonna Performs "Devil Pray" on Italian TV Show "Che Tempo Che Fa": Watch
Madonna performed “Devil Pray”, from her new album “Rebel Heart”, for the first time ever on Italian television show "Che tempo che fa” over the weekend. That’s right, after England, and France, the queen of pop has taken the promotional trek in support of her thirteenth album to Italy.
On Saturday’s episode of the RAI 3 hit show, Madonna was interviewed by host Fabio Fazio – who has been in charge of "Che tempo che fa” since its beginnings in 2003 – who asked her all about “Rebel Heart” and returning to Italy after a very long time, and once the chit-chat was over, Madonna hit the center stage to treat the Italian audience with the live debut of “Devil Pray”, an Avicii-produced mid-tempo.
The song is awesome, but the live performance at "Che tempo che fa” could’ve been better. Madonna relied a bit too much on the backing track and she looked a little too stiff on the stage. I wish she had moved a little. I liked the Mariachi-inspired costumes of her band, though. What song from “Rebel Heart” will she debut live next? Any guesses?
