Louis Tomlinson Premieres Reflective New Song "Just Like You": Stream
Louis Tomlinson’s next official single will be out later this year but first the former One Direction superstar has wanted to share this brand new song called “Just Like You” with his fans. Take it as a friendly appetizer in between singles. The new song will indeed appear on Louis’ forthcoming debut solo album and it will be available at Wednesday midnight local time wherever you are.
Speaking on the newly-released song in an interview with the BBC earlier this year, Louis said:
“There’s one song I’m really attached to called ‘Just Like You,’ which is all about this view of celebrities that we’re impenetrable and almost not human, but fundamentally we all have the same problems. Heartbreak feels the same, loss feels the same, all these feelings are the same for all of us”.
Indeed, celebrities in the end are humans just like you and us. They have feelings too. And that must be remembered at all times.

“I’m just like you, even though my problems look nothing like yours do, Yeah I get sad too, and when I’m down I need somebody to talk to”, sings Louis in the very touching chorus of “Just Like You” over “synth-y” mid-tempo beat.
