Lorde & Sam Smith Slay 'SNL' With Disclosure: Watch Their "Magnets" And "Omen" Performances!
Yesterday night, November 14th, on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live”, Disclosure was the musical guest and the British electronic music production duo invited Sam Smith and Lorde to come on stage with them to perform a couple of tracks from “Caracal”, the new album Disclosure was there to promote in the Elizabeth Banks-hosted episode.
First up on stage was fellow English buddy Sam Smith, who together with Disclosure, performed the lead single from “Caracal”, the spiritual “Omen”. Sam sounded real nice and looked even better now that he can flaunt his new slimmer figure. Suits suit him really well now!
Next on the “SNL” stage yesterday was New Zealand’s music princess Lorde. Looking leather-ready in a Balmain-ish outfit, Lorde slayed the crowd in the studio and everyone watching from their homes with the very first live performance of my absolute favorite song from “Caracal”, the flawless “Magnets”. Lorde’s signature weird body moves were EVERY-THING! I actually can’t believe I’m finally seeing “Magnets” being performed. Major tears are flooding my eyes right now!
