Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull Over 'GME' Lyrics!
Is she serious? Lindsay Lohan has launched a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull for having a 'derogatory lyric' about her on his latest hit "Give Me Everything", which peaked at #1 in the US earlier this summer - Alongside Pitbull, song co-writers Ne-Yo and Afrojack are also defendants in Lindsay's legal litigation. The lyric in question is: "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'. I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan". According to LiLo's camp, "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff", and Lindsay will be suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.
LMAO! C'mon Lindsay, is this the first time someone joke about you in a song? No! This is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. She only wants money...or perhaps she's envious she didn't get Nayer's role on the song xD. In any case, I hope Pitbull agrees to go to court and beats Lindsay in trial.
