Congratulations are in order for Lana del Rey! The beautiful NYC singer is confirmed to be engaged to boyfriend Barrie-James O'Neil. The two started dating in August 2011, meaning it only took 2 years and 9 months for the couple to thoroughly decide that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Will we be seeing photos of Lana saying 'I do' this year? Lana in a wedding dress? That'll certainly be a glorious image!
Lana confirmed the news, kind of making no deal about it, in her recent feature on French magazine 'Libération Next', whose latest edition hit newsstands across France today, Saturday, May 3rd. We were actually afraid this could've been a 'lost in translation' type of situation but the word 'fiancé' means the same in common English and in French. And I'm sure Lana used that word when chatting with the 'Libération Next' journalist. So it is true. Our gorgeous and talented Lana del Rey will be walking down the aisle very soon!! Now I wonder if she'll hold the wedding in her native New York or in the sunny 'West Coast'? Ha.
