Lady Gaga Belts Out “Till It Happens To You” at 2016 Producers Guild Awards: Watch [HD Footage]
Lady Gaga may not have been nominated for any category at the 27th Annual Producers Guild Of America Awards but she was invited by the organization nonetheless to perform her song “Till It Happens To You” live from the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles on Saturday night (Jan. 23). The documentary film the Diane Warren co-penned ballad was recorded for, “The Hunting Ground”, did take home a special honor at the awards.
Lady Gaga, who is herself a survivor of sexual assault, looked stunning from head to toe (fab nude dress and hair) at the ceremony and went on to slay her live rendition of “Till It Happens To You” with her powerful vocals and raw emotion.
I personally loved the arrangement, Gaga’s vocals were just so on point, she hit the high note of the song so extremely well, and, all in all, I think she simply improved what she did at Billboard’s 'Women In Music' Awards last year – a pretty incredible feat if you ask me as the Billboard performance was already pure flawlessness.
Sucks this awards show won’t air on TV. Lady Gaga’s performance truly deserved to be shot professionally and broadcast on television for the whole world to see.
