Kesha Performs "Praying" & "Woman", Cries on "GMA": Watch
Kesha appeared live on “Good Morning America” today to do a two-song mini-concert and a sit-down interview.
The two songs Kesha performed were “Praying” and “Woman” - both featured on the pop singer’s forthcoming third studio album “Rainbow”, which hits stores on Friday, August 11.
Today’s “GMA” appearance was a very important moment for Kesha, for it was her return to live national television in a very long time. These were also the first televised performances ever of “Praying” and “Woman”.
During the sit-down interview portion, Kesha couldn’t help but to get emotional and cry when trying to answer Robin Robert’s question about the meaning behind the song “Praying”. Kesha got it together fast, though, and served a very heartfelt response. Plus, she then discussed more and very candidly about her deeply personal new album “Rainbow”.

Some fans are expressing their disappointment on social media over Kesha not doing the high note during “Praying”. But guys, she will do it when she’s ready! This performance was just too early in the morning. She will slay that high note in her next performance we’re sure!
