Kelly Rowland Performs "Commander" on GMTV & Katy Perry Performs on Graham Norton!
Kelly Rowland is currently in the UK promoting her David Guetta-produced single "Commander". The former Destiny Child's member performed the song on GMTV on Tuesday. Excellent performance, she sounded great, loving the adlibs plus she looked FIERCE. Both the original and dance mixes of "Commander" were released digitally on May 17 in the UK and made it debut at #13, however, the main single version was just fully released yesterday, June 28 so you know it's going to fly up the charts from now! The song is already on UK iTunes's Top 10. Ms Rowland will release her third studio album in September via Universal Motown.
Also in Britain is Katy Perry. The pop star performed her worldwide smash hit "California Gurls" on The Graham Norton Show on Monday. The Dr. Luke, Max Martin, and Benny Blanco co-production currently stands at #1 on the UK's Official Singles Chart. And back in the USA, Ms Perry's beach-friendly pop single has broken the record for most weekly plays in the 17-year-history of Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart! HUGE!
