Kelly Clarkson Premieres New Album Title Track "Meaning of Life"
Behold Kelly Clarkson’s new countdown single; it’s none other than the title track of her upcoming eighth studio album “Meaning of Life”. The song got released this Thursday morning on digital platforms as well as an official audio video getting uploaded at the same time this morning on Kelly’s YouTube channel. The title track will apparently be the last new song from Miss Clarkson’s eighth LP that we get to hear until the set arrives in stores. Why? The album’s out next week! Next Friday, October 27, “Meaning of Life” will be ours. And since the time to the release date is too little, we see no point in Kelly and Atlantic Records is releasing an additional countdown single. But if you want more, Kelly’s debuted several songs from the album in special concerts, just go look for the videos on YouTube.
As for the title track “Meaning of Life”, the song is a soulful pop number where Kelly sings about being lost and in dark moment but ultimately finding the light that would guide her to happiness again when a new love comes her way. “When you hold me, I finally see / When you say love, I know what it means / I was broke down so alone in the dark / Until you showed me the light”, sings Kelly Clarkson in the chorus.
