QUEEN Kelegend performed to sold-out crowd of 20,000-plus people at Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, Arizona as part of her on-going US leg of her "Piece by Piece World Tour" on Tuesday night (Aug. 25) and what amazing cover did she treat her local fans to during the "fan request" section of the concert? Selena Gomez' "The Heart Wants What It Wants"!!! This is like my favorite song ever from Selena, this is the first time Kelly covers her, and, as expected, KC's rendition of the Justin Bieber-inspired ballad was BEYOND AMAZING! She made the song her own as she does with every cover she's doing on this tour.
Kelly slayed the hell out of those pre-hooks and bridge.
"The Heart Wants What It Wants" is included on Selena Gomez' greatest hits compilation album "For You", which was released in November last year.
