Katy Perry Performs 'Firework' On 'Oprah'
Lord have mercy! Those kids did not deserve that from you Katy! The American pop star was a 'surprise' musical guest on Oprah's special show on Monday. Just a day after The Oscars ceremony, Oprah held her 'Ultimate After-Oscar Party' at the very Kodak Theatre which aired yesterday via ABC. The TV special included several interviews with 2011's Oscar winners as well live performers. Katy was one of them and she got to sing her smash hit "Firework" with Staten Island's PS 22 Chorus. The kids were totally owning the song until Katy appeared. Sorry Katy, but you ruined everything. She sounded beyond awful! She was straining her voice sooooo much. SMH. She better deliver a hot video for her next single "E.T" so she can be forgiven for this tragedy. Katy is back in Europe now to continue her world tour.
