Justin Bieber Performs "What Do You Mean" & "Where Are U Now", Receives Guinness World Record on "The Today Show": Watch
Justin Bieber performed this rainy morning (Sept. 10) in New York City a two-song mini-concert just outside "The Today Show" studios at Rockefeller Plaza.
The Canadian superstar first played the stage with a new televised live rendition of his #1 smash "What Do You Mean" and next he did "Where Are U Now", his hit with Jack U. During the interview section, JB was given a Guinness World Record certification for being "the youngest male artist to debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart".
Poor fans at Rockefeller Plaza this morning had to endure a heavy rain but in good news for the Bieber they decided to stay for their icon! Justin paid them back with two energetic performances. Yet, his hipster-much/scruffy look left much to be desired.
