Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, Fifth Harmony & More Perform at 2015 MTV EMAs: Watch All The Performances Now!
Justin Bieber was the big winner at the 2015 edition of the MTV EMAs taking home four awards in total (“Best Male”, “Biggest Fans”, “Best Look” and “Best Collaboration”) last night, October 25th. But he didn’t go all the way to Milan, Italy, where this year the EMAs were held, to win awards, the Canadian singer was also there to hit the main stage to delight fans with a live performance of his smash hit “What Do You Mean”. Justin made the crowd at the Mediolanum Forum to scream non-stop thanks to the impressive stage visual effects and his demanding choreographies.
But it wasn’t only JB who performed at the 2015 MTV Europe Music Awards, also hitting the main stage were: Macklemore, Jason Derulo, Ellie Goulding, Ed Sheeran, Jess Glynne, James Bay, Tori Kelly, Pharrell Williams. Fifth Harmony performed “Worth It” on the red carpet.
Worthy of special mention was the performance (performances actually) of Tori Kelly, who wore a golden suit for the occasion. For she not only sang a stupendous and unexpected medley consisting of “Should’ve Been Us”, TLC’s “No Scrubs” and Bridgit Mendler’s “Ready or Not”, but also a live duet with Andrea Bocelli, doing Pink’s hit “Just Give Me A Reason” together.
Doing a quick online research, I’ve found out that none of Tori’s singles have charted in Europe, so her participation at this year’s EMAs was a huge surprise. Could it have been that her label paid the organization so they would invite her and they allowed her to perform all the songs she sang on the main show with the purpose of making her a popular name in Europe? If my theory is true, then the confidence her label has on this girl and what her talent can offer is just too incredible.
