JLS - 'Hottest Girl In The World' (Music Video)

The boyband that One Direction will soon make everyone in the UK forget about, JLS have recently premiered the official visual for their new single "Hottest Girl In The World", the Bangladesh production that serves as the lead release from the band's upcoming album "Evolution", in stores November 5.

For me JLS are trying to say, 'hey fans, check out how mature we're now!' with the Justin Timberlake-ish-inspired record "Hottest", but what they don't see is that their new single is so boring, mediocre, flat and uninspired. Played it eight times, at first I kind of liked the chorus, but then I got so bored of it, entirely! It's been already deleted off my iTunes. So, what's the moral of the story? JLS tried too hard, that they will pay the consequences hugely. Watch "Hottest Girl In The World" flop in its debut week, then watch "Evolution" underperform on the charts. Trying to sound mature will become the end for JLS. They should've stuck to their original more pop-ish sound. With the whole era struggling, the recording process of their next album will be a pain in the neck, their label won't be convinced, and the LP will be pushed back several times, until annoyed with the situation, the band members will announce a hiatus and test solo careers. The End.

PS: Looks like JLS' record label also thinks "Hottest Girl In The World" will flop. [I now think JLS made the first single choice. And Epic stupidly accepted.] They clearly gave the group the smallest budget ever for the song's music video. JLS' worst, and cheapest-looking ever.

Thoughts?
