Jessie Ware - "Tough Love" [Music Video]
The song is still exquisite so I'm going to
refrain myself from throwing hate on this music video. The video for “Tough Love" does have a few beautiful parts especially those where Jessie Ware
is lying in a field of purple flowers, but the video as a whole is a bit disappointing,
obviously not her best video to date and it's a bit boring too.
What am I talking about? British singer-songwriter
premiered on Tuesday night, July 8, the music video for "Tough Love",
the lead single from Jessie Ware's upcoming second studio album, due in stores
later this year via Island Records. The album is confirmed to have at least one
song co-written by Ed Sheeran. Exciting!
I am loving the tranquil and honest “Tough Love”.
It’s a must-play song in rainy days while alone in your house looking through
your windowpane. The music video, however, it’s a bit ”I expected better”.
Jessie Ware looks stunning in it, but it’s not a video that I’d like to play
multiple times and that’s something bad in the VEVO era.
“Tough Love” is released in the UK on August 3.
