Jennifer Hudson - Where You At (Music Video!)
Grammy and Oscar Award-winner Jennifer Hudson world premiered last night via BET and VEVO.com the official visuals for her new single "Where You At" - The R-Kelly penned ballad serves as the first offering from J-Hud's upcoming sophomore album "I Remember Me" which will arrive in stores on March 22nd. At first I just thought "Where You At" was a pretty ballad, but what really turned me to LOVE this song in the end were Jennifer's killer live performances. Those diva notes pierced through my soul! lol. OK I may be exaggerating a bit, but still those performances on 'Oprah' and 'Ellen' were standing-ovation worthy.
As for the Anthony Mandler-directed music video, it's cool, a bit 'BLAH' at moments, but reglardless well-shot and the locations they used were cool. In it, Jennifer returns to her hometown of Chicago and braves those cold temperatures. "Where You At" currently sits at #29 on Billboard's R&B Songs Chart.
