Jason Derulo - 'The Other Side' (Music Video)
Jason Deruuuulo is back! After breaking his neck during tour rehearsals last year, the Miami singer is back in business as will he will release his third studio album later in 2013, and has already premiered the first single, friends-to-lovers anthem "The Other Side".
Despite the lack of initial promo, Jason's new single, produced by Dr Luke's protegé Ammo, is holding itself greatly on the iTunes USA Songs Chart. Today, April 30, Derulo world premiered the official music video for "The Other Side" on MTV.com.
Directed by Collin Tilley, the concept behind the clip was "showcasing Jason's energy". There are a plenty of scenes with visual performances where JD kills every choreography, and even wows with a headstand. Ouch! The rest follows the ups and downs of Jason and his on-screen girlfriend. They eventually get very hot and heavy...so it's all good! Wonder how Jordin Sparks felt about this?. They got very close!
I am quite addicted to "The Other Side" at the moment, and I think with few killer performances on a few major TV shows, Jason can have an easy Top 40 hit everywhere.
