Jamie Foxx's music video for his new single "Fall For Your Type" recently debuted on BET. The Chris Robinson-directed clip shows Jamie "going through the ups and downs in his relationship". The vid is alright, perhaps too slow pace but I guess that's to fit the song's vibe. "Fall For Your Type" is a ballad with a deep/serious message so all in all I think Jamie played his 'role' in the music video quite good. The special effects of him 'fallin down' were cool too. This collabo' with Drake becomes the third official single from Foxx's upcoming studio album "Best Night of My Life" - which hits stores on December 21th. The Noah "40" Shebib-produced new single is also a turning point on Jamie's singles-release trail of this new era. The R&B singer's previous singles were the uptempo/urban "Winner" (feat. Justin Timberlake) and "Living Better Now" (feat. Rick Ross). Both tunes failed to impress on the charts so it seems Jamie will try and see if his full R&B side can save his upcoming project. Truth is tho, I feel there's no hype to get Jamie's new CD.
