Imagine Dragons’ New Song “Levitate” Is OUT! - Listen / Off The “Passengers” Soundtrack
While we wait for Imagine Dragons' third studio album to come out next year, this will help ease our appetite. The American rock band premiered last night a brand new song called "Levitate", which is part of the soundtrack of upcoming sci-fi movie "Passengers", starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt, that is arriving in theaters on December 21st via Sony Pictures.
"You're my shooting star / You make my heart ascend / La, la, la, la / Just levitate”, sings Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds in the band's new single. "Levitate" is feel-good song, very Coldplay-ish I must say, where Dan sings about a love that kind of literally makes him go to Cloud 9.
Imagine Dragons are currently "hard at work" in the studio recording the "Smoke + Mirrors" follow-up. Rumor has it Interscope wants the band's new LP to come out in the first semester of 2017.
