Gym Class Heroes - Stereo Hearts (Music Video!)

They took a little while to premiere this considering the single got out back in June! Gym Class Heroes premiered today (August 11th) via MTV the music video for their latest single "Stereo Hearts", the first offering from the American band's forthcoming album "The Papercut Chronicles II".

The Adam Levine-assisted and Benny Blanco-produced "Stereo Hearts" is slowly but steadily making an impact on the US audience, as the summery-vibed song has recently cracked the Top 40 on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart, and as of this posting, it's back on the Top 10 on iTunes USA at #9! Woot! The Gym Class peeps and Adam just need to do now a couple TV performances, and a Top 10 hit is totally at hand!

I personally think "Stereo Hearts" ain't the best Gym Class Heroes tune to date, but I have to admit it's very radio-friendly and right on the money of today's music preferences. Plus, I'm happy Adam Levine is finally getting some success after the tough times with Maroon 5. As for the music video, it's a bit 'meh' and a bit boring. Hopefully this won't affect the minds of the fans of the song. Gym Class' drummer Matt McGinley described the video's concept as "basically plays on the idea that we're sort of just being casual, hanging out, being ourselves and our shadows get wild and get loose", and I have to agree!
