Garbage - 'Blood For Poppies' (Music Video!)
Watch now Garbage's gritty yet surreal music video in support of "Blood for Poppies", the alternative rock band's lead single from their upcoming new album (their first work in SEVEN years! Yes, they're back!) called "Not Your Kind of People" in stores on May 15th via STUNVOLUME Records. The oh-so-catchy "Blood for Poppies" is climbing spots each week on Billboard's Alternative Songs Chart (as of this post sits at #29), so hopefully it'll get to the top spot there soon (and then the Hot 100 charting follows!). The song deserves success! It's brilliant. As for the newly-unveiled "Blood for Poppies" visual, it was directed by renowned fashion photographer and filmmaker Matt Irwin. The black-and-white clip is filled with retro/vintage footage that follows Shirley Manson and her bandmates as they "hopped around little pockets of Los Angeles creating a gorgeous surrealist dream.". So Garbage!
