Soulja Boy dropped on Tuesday (March 18th) his newest mixtape, "King Soulja 2", the second installment in the "King Soulja" series, with the first released in May 2013. "King Soulja 2", hosted by DJ Scream & SODMG Ent., is up for free download via Datpiff.
The new mixtape by the 23-year-old Chicago-born rapper is packed with 23 tracks, including collaborations with Drake, Migos, Lil B, Agoff, and Shawty Boy.
Will Soulja Boy ever ink a deal with a major label again? It was pretty much downwards for him ever since "Crank That". Now he's got no place in Urban Top 40. This "King Soulja 2" mixtape proves he's still got "it", though. He has a peculiar swag. Should be book studio time with a hit-maker producer, it's possible he can make a worthy comeback.
