Fifth Harmony Officially Start Recording Third Album: See Them In The Studio!

fifth harmony third album recording

It is coming!

After being confirmed that Fifth Harmony will indeed carry on as a quartet, the remaining girls, sans Camila Cabello, have officially started the recording process of their third studio album (the follow-up to 2016's "7/27" - the LP that spawned three major hits: "Work from Home", "All In My Head (Flex)" and "That's My Girl"). Member Dinah Jane took to Instagram Story on Sunday night to unveil the exciting news to the world. She uploaded various photos and videos of her with Lauren, Ally and Normani at a certain recording studio singing in the booth, hearing the material played back with an unseen producer, taking selfies, and reviewing photos on their phones.

Must-see:

So it has begun.

If they start recording album #3 now in January, it all points out that the set may be getting released in stores in the last quarter of 2017 if they do hurry up. Hopefully we will get the lead single by November, giving the girls a chance to perform it at the American Music Awards. Rival Camila is rumored to be dropping her debut solo single in April or May, and I'm guessing Epic Records will want to give both acts some time of separation between their releases.

By the way, it's going to be very awkward to see 5H and Camilla attending music awards separately.

What are your expectations for 5H's third album?
