Fifth Harmony - "All I Want for Christmas Is You" [Music Video Premiere!]
Fifth Harmony gather around a Christmas tree at a mega-decorated, warm-looking house and open up their presents in the official music video for “All I Want for Christmas Is You”. The pop girl band has made a cover of the Mariah Carey holiday classic to include it on Epic Record's "I’ll Be Home for Christmas” EP which hit digital stores on December 1st. L.A Reid is one bold man for releasing this EP. Epic is currently in a very delicate situation and I know he really wants to get them holiday coins coming from the sales of this Christmas EP – in an attempt to pretty up the label’s end-of-the-year bottom line - but I don’t think it’s going to sell well at all. The only decent song in the EP is Meghan Trainor’s original “I’ll Be Home”. There rest are just a bit “meh” (sorry Tamar and Sara). I think L.A Reid is going to lose money instead for having to pay the rights to the original composers of the songs covered, lol.

It’s what I expected. World premiered via Shazam, the Christmassy visual shows all five Fifth Harmony girls at home opening their presents, writing letters to Santa, plugging Sony’s new smartphone and looking pretty for the camera. Cute! But DEAD at the disappointing cover of Mariah's “All I Want for Christmas Is You” they’ve made. WTF at the awful auto-tune? Why!?
