The video was actually accidentally leaked by VEVO on Monday (Sept. 24) who posted it online but quickly made the video 'private'. Fortunately, avid Ellie fans managed to download it before that happened. Ellie's "I Know You Care" was picked to be part of the soundtrack of the British film "Now is Good", starring Dakota Fanning, so that's why you see a lot of scenes of that film in the music video, and little of Ellie. By the way, I knew nothing of this film until now, and just by watching the MV above I know I MUST go see it. I want to know what's going on there! Why so much pain, and suffering?. Ooh, and Dakota's looking for that much-deserved Oscar nomination too. Her acting looks incredible. But focusing on Ellie Goulding and "I Know You Care", this is too the official 'audio' premiere of the full track and me loves it! It's so moving .
