Ed Sheeran Gets 55 Things In His Mouth, Covers One Direction In “Carpool Karaoke”: Watch
Could you get 55 small balls of chocolate candy in your mouth? No? Well, Ed Sheeran can. See? He has more talents other than singing and songwriting and being an excellent performer!
The British man was the featured artist on Tuesday’s new episode of the “Carpool Karaoke” series on CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden”.
Ed and James sang along to various of the two-time Grammy winner’s hits, including “Sing”, “Shape of You”, and “Castle On The Hill”, among other, but also sang songs from other artists, such as Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself”, and One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful”.
But there was also room for fun moments during Ed’s “Carpool Karaoke” episode. He was challenged by James to get the most number of Maltesers in his mouth and he managed to insert 55. And while recounting an anecdote he recently experienced with Justin Bieber, he told that he hit the Bieber on the face with a golf club while in Japan. How? Justin had the golf ball in his mouth. You figure out there rest… ha.

Really enjoyed this episode although I feel like Ed kind of cheated somewhat. Aren’t Carpool Karaokes all about watching artists sing along to the studio recordings of their songs playing on the radio? Because Ed sang some of the songs in this episode acoustically, him playing the guitar and all. But oh well. I did enjoy no matter what. But wouldn't have been fun to see Ed singing along to “What Makes You Beautiful” with the actual voices of the One Direction guys in the back?
