Corinne Bailey Rae Performs on The Today Show
British singer Corinne Bailey Rae is in the USA to promote her new album "The Sea", which hit stores on Tuesday. Corinne appeared on "The Today Show" earlier this week to start the TV promotion of the new CD. She surprised me by not singing the official lead single "I'd Do It All Again" but another track titled "Closer". She or her label might have switched in the last minute the first single for the states.
Anyhow, Corinne gave a beautiful performance. It's good to see her recovered and back doing music after the tragic event she had to experience in 2008 when his husband passed away.
