Chris Brown Does Shameless Lip-Sync During “You Changed Me” Performance with Jamie Foxx on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

Remember Jamie Foxx is coming out with a new album later this year? Yeah, I forgot too. I like his movies, but his music is forgettable. That’s why I probably forgot all about his upcoming album (Jamie’s first in five years).

The “Django Unchained” star made a promotional appearance on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Thursday night (April 16) to discuss his new music, tell the story of her daughter meeting Madonna at this year’s Grammys or play a Tinder game. Can’t really understand why would RCA pay promo for Jamie if it’s obvious his new single “You Changed Me” – featuring Chris Brown – and his upcoming LP will flop. I don’t need a crystal ball to know that. His music is just so ‘blah’. By the way, his ‘upcoming album’ is called “Hollywood”. He revealed it during his interview with Jimmy Kimmel last night and shared with us the reason behind it (watch video).

So, why make a post of boring Jamie Foxx if I hate him so much you ask? Because Jamie’s live performance of lead single “You Changed Me” on the ‘JKL’ outdoor stage yesterday is a must-watch.

What went down: Jamie’s piano intro was cool – I’ll give him that – but onwards the only cool thing to watch was his back-up dancers killing it. Jamie’s personal performance was a boring mess. So, is that it? Hell no. Then it came Breezy boy aka. Chris Brown to sing his part and sing live he did not. He lip-synced and did the worst lip-sync I’ve seen in a long while. This is the whole reason why I’m doing this post. This atrocious mime needs to be exposed so it never happens again. Either CB was sick and couldn’t sing live because of that or he was feeling too lazy, but whatever the case it’s just unbelievable how bad he handled the playback. Thanks to the close-up shots you could easily tell he was lip-syncing and he was not even paying attention to do it on time. It was just all mess. Perhaps the live crowd noticed this and that’s why they decided to literally die. What a dead crowd! Not even 50% applauded when the performance was done. Oh boy.

Thoughts?
