Only a couple of weeks ago Charlie Puth unveiled via YouTube the HQ footage of the very first “We Don't Talk Anymore” live performance he and Selena did in a concert not long ago in Los Angeles, and I thought since we were getting that that the official music video would take at least a couple of months to arrive - also hoping Selena would find some time off her “Revival World Tour” so she could attend the music video shooting, but surprise…! Charlie dropped today, August 2, out of nowhere the official music video for his latest “Nine Track Mind” single “We Don't Talk Anymore” and believe me when I say you’re going to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by it. Why? Because SELENA GOMEZ IS NOT FREAKING IN IT!
Why couldn’t Charlie had waited a few more weeks until Selena had some days off from her tour? She NEEDED to be in this music video. I envisioned this music video with the two of them ever since “We Don't Talk Anymore” was premiered several months ago, and now my dream has been crushed by a rushed Charlie Puth!

The “We Don't Talk Anymore” video Charlie premiered today shows him and an on-screen ex-girlfriend moving on with their lives after having broken up. But, we will get to see that in the end they really haven’t forgotten about each other just yet. The pain and the nostalgia is still there! And they will keep in contact without their new girlfriend and boyfriend ever knowing! How rude!
