Camila Cabello Brings "Havana" To Madrid, Meets 3 Of Her Icons at Los 40 Awards
Camila Cabello was in Madrid, a city she calls "my favorite place in the world", yesterday, November 10th, to attend the 2017 edition of the Los 40 Music Awards in the Spanish capital. Besides viewing the entire ceremony from a privileged seat, the former Fifth Harmony star also took to the main stage to do some live singing and slayage. Camila performed her current pop smash got “Havana” for the thousands of people in the venue and the millions watching the live streaming from their homes. And as usual, she did the song proud. Also that night, destiny had other surprises in store for Camila. First she won an award for “Best Artist” and then she got to meet three of her biggest icons in the world. She met Alejandro Sanz, whose songs she's been covering since little, Oscar-winning actress Penelope Cruz, who she calls her “sister” now, and rock star Bono of U2. No wonder why Camila wrote “i'm still trying to figure out if THIS NIGHT WAS EVEN REAL” on social media.
