Britney Spears Wants New Album To Be "Pop-Rock" & Have Duets with Katy and Iggy

britney spears lingerie line launch

Britney Spears launched on Tuesday, September 9th at an event in New York City her two-years-in-the-making debut intimate lingerie line. After unveiling the complete collection to the lucky journalists that were invited to the launch event held at the Celeste Bartos Forum inside in the NYC Public Library, Ms. Britney B*tch proceeded to do a bunch of sit-down interviews for TV shows including: Extra, Good Morning America or Access Hollywood. Late that day, the pop princess appeared live on "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" to participate on a funny "pros and cons of dating" skit where there was room for a little lingerie line promo.

The majority of Britney fans aren’t that excited about this lingerie line, though. What we want to know is news about her next album. Luckily, Brit Brit did speak about new music (it was a must-ask especially after Britney's recent Instagram photo that showed her in the recording booth) with all the media that asked her about it. Extra’s A. J. Calloway was the one with the most luck, though, as Brit Brit revealed to him a few juicy details that she didn't told other reporters!

First of all, Britney has indeed began working on the “Britney Jean” follow-up but the recording of the new album is happening very slowly. So don’t expect an early 2015 release. What will be the sound of the new album? POP-ROCK. Britney wants her next album to be pop-rock. And will there be any collaborations on it? Well, the "Perfume" star told A.J that she'd love to record duets with Katy Perry or Iggy Azalea!! Oh, please, RCA, make this happen. I know it'll be tough - considering they're all in different labels - but make the effort!

Thoughts?
