Legendary “V” magazine is celebrating its 100th issue, and for this special occasion they had to find a star equally special to make it on the cover, and who better than princess of pop Britney Spears, right? Check out above not one, not two, but the THREE covers Britney has on the 100th issue of “V” magazine, which hits newsstands in the US on March 8th. All the photographs were taken by the talented Mario Testino (Britney should make him her permanent photographer! She is GLOWING in this pics!).
This special issue of “V” magazine contains an exclusive interview with Britney in the interior pages, unfortunately this hasn’t been made public yet, however we do have the editorial introduction to Britney’s feature, and the words of the magazine director; commenting on Britney being asked to cover this 100th issue. Both excerpts - which you can read below (don’t be impatient! you’ll have your time to read) - contain very juicy information with respect to Britney’s new album, and most likely information will shock you…(NOW, GO READ!)

“When looking for cover-worthy subjects for our 100th issue, we had to ask ourselves: Who do pop stars and musicians — who have become an integral part of what V represents — look up to and admire?” said editor Stephen Gan about the choice of Spears. “There was only one answer: Britney….[W]ho in our world did not grow up listening to her music? Plus, she’s spent some time out of the ether, which makes her reappearance all the more fun and surprising. Mario Testino’s pictures say it all: she’s in great shape, and about to hit us with new music any day now.”
Hold it. “New music any day now”? ANY DAY? *faints*.

THIS SPRING! *faints again*.
I doubt “V” magazine would be willing to say a timeframe so precise if it hadn’t been mentioned by Britney herself or her team. So this SPRING remark has to be true.
But what’s Spring? Spring is technically the months of March, April and May. So Britney’s new album will be here before the end of May! OMG! It’s happening. The return of the princess is almost here. I can already feel it...because if the album is out before the end of May, that means that the lead single (yeah, “Pretty Girls” never existed. Forget it!) has to be out any day now…(ohhhh, is that what the magazine director meant when he said “new music any day now” maybe? Could he have heard the lead single already? So many questions! But one thing’s for certain now, after this “V” magazine special edition: It won’t be long till Britney is back - releasing new music that is.
By the way, Britney is Vegas-free the entire month of May. Just saying…already preparing her schedule to do promo for the new single on TV maybe?
