Britney Spears Meets Marina & The Diamonds, Drops The ‘F’ Bomb at Las Vegas Show
Two out of the ordinary things occurred last night (April 15) during the latest date of Britney Spears’ “Piece of Me” Las Vegas show.
First, the princess of pop met in the meet and greet “Froot” star Marina and the Diamonds, whom the Welsh singer refer as her “teen idol” on Instagram, and second, at a random moment on Wednesday’s concert Britney dropped the “F” bomb. Say what!? I’m not kidding. Her mic was on (for real, she leaves it on sometimes) and after thanking the crowd for coming to see her live, Brit Brit turned her back to proceed with the next song but before she went into performer mode she said; “f*cking assholes!” with everyone in the crowd gasping in disbelief and shock as everyone in the venue could hear it because, I repeat, Britney’s mic was on. I guess she just forgot to turn it off after that ‘thanking’ interaction with the fans. Anyhow, nobody knows who was the real target of that nasty remark that came from Britney’s mouth. Was is the crowd because it sucked? Or was it some fans in the first row that were giving Britney a tough time? Such a mystery!
Let’s not make this “F” bomb overshadow Britney and Marina’s encounter, though. She may be now an ‘alternative’ artist now but Marina is human, and she also was a teenager and of course she was too a Britney fan back in the day. I wonder if they talked about music during their brief chat at the meet and greet? Is Britney maybe a fan and asked Marina to guest on her upcoming album? Oh, can you imagine?
