Brandy - "Home" & "Today" (Unreleased Songs!)
Looks like today is Brandy's day. Two new unreleased tracks by the R&B songstress have recently surfaced on the Internet. They are "Home" and "Today, and apparently they're lefovers from the "Human" album era. Perharps, the leak timing is merely an strategy to get fans' attention promoting Brandy's upcoming reality show "Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business" via VH1, which premieres on April 11th.
"Home", was produced by Timbaland, and written by James Fauntleroy. The recording as a whole is average. Brandy's vocals are nice but the beat is so weak, that it affects the song negatively.
"Today", allegedly a Darkchild production, is on the contrary the real deal! Although it sounds unfinished, I think with some more work it would have deserved album treatment. Love the lyrics and Brandy's deep vocals.
