Blake Shelton's "Neon Light" Music Video Is Cheap & Disappointing
I’m just utterly shock by this video. With all the money he makes, and his broadened popularity thanks to his coach role on “The Voice”, how does Blake Shelton dare to release this cheap and disappointing music video for “Neon Light”? He and his label should be ashamed.
I’m a fan of the new Blake single – from his upcoming album “Bringing Back the Sunshine” (September 30) - ever since my first listen of it, so I'm really upset by how Blake and Warner are treating the song by giving it such a mediocre music video. The fact that Blake's been busy with his tour doesn't change the fact he could've gotten a few days or HOURS off the road to shoot a proper music video for the feel-good tune “Neon Light”. But what he’s premiered today on VEVO is a cheap video full of concert footage. Well, at least the opening scenes where Blake’s fans and tour crew get ready for the show are original. But the rest is just sad to watch. It's just a bunch of footage from several of Blake’s latest shows where he performed “Neon Light” live.
