Beyonce - 1 + 1 (Music Video!)
R&B star Beyonce is 'hot and steamy' in the music video for her song "1 + 1" which world premiered last night (August 25th) on E! News - The emotional ballad, co-written and produced by The-Dream and Tricky Stewart, serves as a new promotional single from the '4' album, and precedes the upcoming release of the third official single, which might as well be a dual release, we'll see!
OK. I love '1+1' and all, I think B' kills it when doing the live performances and sits on top of the piano, but this music video is 'so-so' material for me. It looks like a lenghty commercial for Beyonce's 'Heat' perfume xD. Yeah her body is banging and all the emotion she conveys is really nice and goes well with the song's vibe, but all in all, this Beyonce-directed visual is way too simple IMO. I was expecting something at least medium-budgeted. Oh, and the worst scenes were the first ones...Beyonce looked way too oily/sweaty. SMH. Anyhow, here's hoping radios pick '1+1' up regardless and turn it into an unexpected hit.
