Behind The Scenes: Fifth Harmony - 'Boss' [Video]
Fifth Harmony will be releasing on iTunes on
July 8 their new single ‘BO$$’, and they will be dropping the music video that
the same day. But here's first the official 'behind the scenes' footage of
video that’s just surfaced on YouTube. Directed by Fatima Robinson, the ‘BO$$’
music video will be filled with swag, strutting, booty shaking, and hair
flipping. This sounds like the best video ever, right?
I’m still not 100% sold on the idea of Fifth
Harmony changing their bubblegum pop sound to this more urban-driven genre,
though. I feel like it’s a big risk for them especially considering ‘-18 girls’
are their target audience and possibly all this ‘adultness’ they are bringing
in the song (they are cussing in it) and ‘sexiness’, just look at their clothes
in the video, may be a little too much. But who knows! I personally think it’s
an error. And should this single flop, Epic better be quick at re-labeling this
single as ’buzz single’, and bring back the pop for the next single.
Commenting on the ‘behind the scenes’ video below, the 5H girls look great, and especially Ms. Normani Hamilton who looks like she’s in her element!
