Avril Lavigne's Walmart & 4Play Performances!
Canadian pop princess Avril Lavigne has been everywhere promoting the release of her fourth studio work "Goodbye Lullaby" - which hit stores in Europe today and it will in America tomorrow, March 8th - As part of the promo run for the new album, the 'Complicated' star taped a mini-acoustic-concert for Walmart's Soundcheck sessions, which were finally premiered online over the weekend. Watch above Avril singing her latest single "What The Hell" as well as the oldies but goodies; "I'm With You" and "Girlfriend".
Back in the UK scene, Avril was a few weeks ago in the European country for a short promo scheduled that included selected TV performances. Apparently, Avril left loads taped for Channel 4's music programme 4Play/T4. If last week we could enjoyed a *flawless* acoustic rendition of the Max Martin-produced "What The Hell", this past weekend the British show premiered the performance for Avril's new song - and one of my faves on her new album - "Push". AH-MAZING!! I want this song to be a single! Unfortunately, several sources are claiming Avril's label has already picked "Smile". BOO!
