"What The Hell" is catchy. It sounds like a hit but not a MASSIVE hit IMO. I think Avril has got stronger first singles in the past...but still "What The Hell" is a really good song, so don't hate on me lol. The instrumentals sound awesome and the chorus is the real deal! The music video for "What The Hell" will premiere later this month so stay tuned for that. Avril should release the single on iTunes ASAP if she wants it to hit #1 cuz Queen Britney is coming this month too.
