Amelia Lily - 'You Bring Me Joy' (Video)

Watch now the MV for Amelia Lily's "You Bring Me Joy", the first single from her upcoming debut album due out in stores in the UK on November via Sony Music - The 2011 'The X Factor UK' finalist's amazing single was produced by Xenomania, and has a clear inspiration by Girls Aloud's "Call The Shots".

Why a such a simple, mediocre video, though?. "You Bring Me Joy" sounds like a hit to me, but apparently not for Lily's label. The song deserved a big-budgeted MV (I was expecting neon-lasers-lights, a 'night' theme, wandering the streets calling for your love, a love affair plot) and something more visually-engaging and interesting. Instead what we see in the official "You Bring Me Joy" MV is Amelia riding the roads with her girlfriends on a convertible, acting the fool at a convenience store, hitting the beach, and dancing on the sand. Errr...no. By the way, why did they speed down "You Bring Me Joy"?. The 'faster' radio premiere sounded incredible. This sounds a little boring now. Oh boy, I just hope Amelia's single does great in the end. "You Bring Me Joy" knocks. Her label better get it together, and start the promo.

What do you think of the video?
