Alesha Dixon Performs on Strictly Come Dancing!
Alesha Dixon performed her new single "Radio" on UK's 'Strictly Come Dancing" show on Sunday. The former Misteeq member is currently making the promotional rounds in support of her upcoming studio album "The Entertainer" - in stores on November 29th. The Shahid Khan-produced "Radio" could be Alesha's last chance to save her new CD, after the disastrous chart-performance of her previous single "Drummer Boy" which only peaked at #15 in the UK and then began to steadily lose positions week after week. "Radio" is very Robyn 'Dancing On My Own" style, it's definitely better than the messy-sounding "Drummer Boy", but I just don't see this topping the charts. For me, Alesha is going the wrong/bland route with this new project. Nevertheless I gotta admit that on this new TV performance, Ms Dixon delivered greatly. Besides looking stunning in that red dress, Alesha demonstrated a correct vocal job. Song is not super hard to sing, so the British star found the perfect opportunity to show off her talent. Loved the adlibs!
