Alesha Dixon Performs at Party In The Park!
British singer Alesha Dixon performed last Sunday at the "Party In The Park" Music Festival sponsored by 96.3 Radio Aire and held in Leeds, England. There, the former Mis-Teeq member gave the very first performance of her brand new single "Drummer Boy". There were only crappy-quality videos on Youtube so we had to wait 'til today for the HQ ones to be released. First of all let me just remind you "Drummer Boy" is the lead single from Dixon's upcoming sophomore album "Unleashed" (out presumably in September). I'm personally not feeling the song, sounds too messy IMO. Far too much going on the track. So I'm waiting for the music video to change my mind (already shot BTW). Commenting on the performance, Alesha looked HOT, but vocal-wise it wasn't her best day. Choreography was awesome though, but it made her vocals suffer even more. (Watch 3:39 - 3:41!). Alesha also performed two of her old singles like "Breathe Slow" or the Top 5 hit "The Boy Does Nothing". I love watching her perform this last one.
